I'm sure no one will look here for months, but I am *loving* the art in the comic lately!

Finally, a Casey! We're oh-so-close to the complete Sports Night set.

There's a very specific answer to that question... there are hints in there but it hasn't been revealed officially. It's an upcoming story line it will be mentioned.

How did Al know Gina? Is it in there somewhere?

JCLM art has always been my favourite, but I guess movies interest me more than games or college, so it's possibly in and through that.

I think it just got a bit overdetailed for a while there.

In my mind you've managed to stay pretty consistent on AVGW, but been experimenting on Matriculated, and that's fine. I always enjoyed the style you used on Biteworld the most out of everything.

Totally got me paranoid about my shading and body shapes now though. :(

Thanks. :)

Joe, I'm really enjoying the new art direction you're taking right now with Mat. It went a bit too crazy with body shapes and shading techniques for my tastes for a bit there, but I've really liked the look of the last few strips.

Although I've never seen Dan look so.... normal (crazy stakeout eyes excluded of course).

It worked. It haunts me

Just trying to keep things interesting. :)

I went back and reread the whole strip. It really is a great comic, but one thing bugs me.

What is with Janette's face in panel two of 358 (the newest one at the time of this writing)?I feel like she is about to Kirby him.

personally I enjoy every matriculated strip. I do think the mall arc went a little long, but I like watching the characters interact with each other, and the payoff in the last strip of the arc was fantastic.

I understand your frustration and have at times pushed Phil for answers on the big picture because I'm just as curious as anyone about the girl in the laundry room and Jeremy and Gina and when or if Dan will ever get laid. I've found though that it's best to enjoy the journey and try to appreciate that Dan WILL probably at some point or another get laid. Just not in that shirt.
