While checking the related clips to this one, I found that

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QQRZjWKB ... re=related

how long were you planning on hiding from us that you are a renown needlepoint artist, Joe?

Also I thought your comment was hillarious : "Hi, this is my first anime con, and I'm terrified."

Also also, the site your recap link leads to seems to be down.

Terrified, eh Joe?

Sorry - but those two pictures back to back are hilarious.

But Joe looks good!

Joe's "trial" during the opening ceremonies at Anime Next. I have a HQ version if you want it for your archives, but it doesn't make what's happening any less confusing.

And the capacity crowd:

Hahah.. sorry Joe... had to. But in all fairness, the panel later in the day did have a good amount of people in it.

Wait a second... You said you dropped it!

I detect inconsistencies in your story!

Are you telling porkies?

Post by joerules » Mon Jun 23, 2008 10:53 am

Dude... it totally fell down. How is that not epic?

It keeps them coming back for more, and always on their toes. I like it that way. :P

Hmm. Seems more... I dunno, EPIC in that context.

The thing is, Trevor doesn't want anyone knowing, definitively, which way he might be swinging. So he's throwin at least seven different kinds of smoke to keep The People guessing.

OUT OF CONTEXT QUOTATIONS FTW!

(though I hardly had to take tom out of context)

...or are they?

Yeah, be on the lookout for the "road worn" variant cover. It's a limited edition!

Glad it went well, Joe. Now you're all warmed up and limber for WW Chicago.

BTW - What time are you guys getting into town this week? I'll be there for Preview Night at 4PM if anyone cares.

To be fair, the hand truck was fine. Everything that was on it fell down a flight of stairs. (Check those issue 4s before purchasing!)

The show is complete and I would say that is was a big success for us. Things sold well, we had a lot of delirious fun behind the table, and as nervous as I was, the panels went fine. It was a great first experience on that end of things. I'm anxious to do it again.
