Wings have been replaced with ACTION SUSPENDERS.

I think its cool though, it looks a lot like his Ultimates costume.

I'm a fan, though all that armor makes his head look kinda small.

The thing I am not digging is the brown boots and gloves... He is already carrying a big shield of red white and blue... Not like because his boots or gloves are red is it going to make him stand out more...

I was just thinking about the after-credits scene from IM2 (I'm guessing everybody has seen it now? Right? No? Tough, it's been out a month, what kind of fan are you?

Anyway, how is it that the hammer was just laid on the ground? Who exactly did that?

And why isn't this what happened to the ground if it was dropped:

There was a crater, just not one like as extreme as that.
I thought that whole part was kinda cheesy. but whatever. If you're going to have a magical mythic God in your universe, might as well set the expectations at the end of a good and well-received movie than leave Thor to stand out all on its own.

I thought the costume was cool, I miss the chain mail and think the A could be a bit bigger, but overall I'm pretty happy with it.
If you're looking in a signature for some astonishing insight into the way things are, keep on lookin'.

Yeah, I'm all for this Cap incarnation.
The pics for Thor look really good too.
What the hell is the obsession over head wings?

I imagine the poster will be looking over big Sammy J's shoulder looking at a folder with the pictures of the avengers in it. Of course Im a nerd so I imagine weird things. That poster was pretty good though. Even came up for a villian for the movie!

Yeah... I don't think RDJ will be on the cover, or a hugely important character. While in the comics he's occasionally an important character, his own films are successful enough for them to not have to put him too central in this, but just to include him will be mroe of a nod of the hat.

I doubt that. Ironman is part of the Avenger's "Big 3." He's a founding member. He's not occasionally an important Avenger. He's been in nearly every incarnation of the team.

Plus look at it from a marketing standpoint. Ironman is a hot commodity right now. Marvel Studios is not going to downplay their golden boy. They're going to have him on center stage to put the fans of his film in the seats for this film.

Remember the "carrot" and the end of Incredible Hulk? Tony Stark approaches General Ross about "putting a team together". Add this to the hints going on in the two Iron Man films, and they're definitely setting up Tony Stark to play a critical role in the film.
Also, who is the villain here? (don't know much about Avengers.)
