Honestly, I only really skim the reviews unless I'm interested in the title....

I'm a skimmer, too. I usually dive to the bottom and read About The Comic and Outside The Theater. But since I never have the patience to read any complete review of anything by anyone, I think I probably dedicate the most time to JLCM comparatively. :D

I read the reviews from time to time, but mostly skim down to the "outside the theater" bits to see if Joe mentions me! :D :D :D

I read them when it's a movie I'm interested in or curious about, and I read all of it. >.>

I find time to read 'em. I've always liked the way Joe writes his reviews compared to others. He takes the time to consider how the Average Joe (pun kind of intended) would look at a movie he's seen, and expresses that pretty effectively. He delves into the movie a little more not in the sense of what the movie is trying to say on a deeper level, but the talk that's been going on behind the release of it, how actors/actresses are doing compared to previous work, and how the movie appeals to him. I just feel like I can really relate to Joe's reviews because he's not trying to rise above the audience.

I try to read them, because I know how imporant they are to Joe and how much time and effort he puts into them, but usually I don't have the time. I feel bad about it, but the comic is a quicker / easier read. I do try to at least skim each one, though, and read the stuff at the bottom.

Joe and I tend to have different opinions about movies, though - and he tends to go see things that I don't necessarily care about. Which is fine, everyone has different tastes, and he clearly has an awesome fan base because of what he does.

Unfortunately, I just don't have the time to dedicate to the review all the time.

Sorry, Joe. I have failed you.

Heh.

I read through each review, from top to bottom. There's always something good in there that I don't want to miss. Basically, the JLCM tab stays open until I've finished reading the review. Sometimes it may take a couple of hours before I find the time to finish reading the review, but I always find the time.

Probably shouldn't say it, but I don't even skim them. I don't think I have ever read a single review. I skip down to the stuff below it. I don't like reviews since I rarely go to the theater. I like to go into the movie with little knowledge beyond it is going to be good or bad.

Well, that's a good way to avoid spoilers.

Joe's pretty good about avoiding spoilers, I've noticed. So no fears about that whenever you read the reviews.

Except for Doomsday, when he said there's a knight. But I'm okay with that, because he did give an explanation about why he said it. ...Too bad I never got to see it...

I have dreams that I'm mentioned in Outside the Theater. And then Joe and I fly away to Taco Bell together on a pegasus. *sigh* :)

I'm a review reader. Especially if I'm on the fence about whether or not to see a movie, Joe is my deciding factor. It's nice to read an honest review from someone who just watches movies to watch them.

Yeah if I ever do offer up a spoiler, there's a reason. I hate to ruinm the experience for people but some things need to be said. :)

Also, Taco Bell is gross. We would totally go to Wendey's.
