And Dugray, are you sketching in PhotoShop? To get a cleaner line, once you're done, add a new layer, go over the top of it once, and then delete the lower layer. It's like pencilling something, going over the top in ink, then erasing the pencil. Then you can add the colours.

Unless you were going for a sketchy style, then I've been a complete asshole.

Yea I was using photoshop, and I'm not much of a drawer (I'm a painter) at all so any tips are useful really. Can't figure out how to easily use my tablet, find it easier to just sketch and scan first so maybe I should just do that.

Well then, do that. Sketch it out on paper, scan it in, and ink in Photoshop with your tablet on a new layer, just as you would with a pen.
