I think that Al probably needed to say it. And there's not really anything in there that isn't true. And he's been frustrated by the whole Lauren situation, so her need to know what's going on probably was enough to pull the pin on the emotional grenade he's been hanging on to.

But when Lauren tell's him her side of the story, I imagine it's going to make him feel about 6 inches tall.
